Our Story
Joanna Harley, our founder, always enjoyed helping people in need. She had cared for her parents as they grew older and less capable.
Joanna realized that many people endure the hardship of not being able to fully care for themselves. With the vision of helping people in need, Joanna started Caring Company in 2000.
Nearly six years after starting Caring Company, Joanna decided to sell the company to her long-time employee Janet Centers.
Janet Centers
Janet Centers has been an employee of Caring Company since it was founded in 2000. Like Joanna, Janet cared for her parents as they grew older, and understood what it took to be a great caregiver.
Since 2006, Janet has operated Caring Company with the same vision that Joanna had when she started it. Janet tediously seeks out the best caregivers, asking herself if she would be comfortable with them taking care of her parents.
